Meet Your Chief Elevate Officer

My name is Crystal Mitchell, aka Coach Crys! Hailing from the Classic City of Athens, GA,  I knew at age two God wanted me to share my gifts with the world. My parents will tell you I recited my ABCs for anyone who would listen and captivated the room! Over the years, I discovered a passion for dancing and stepping. I truly enjoyed performing in pageants, step shows and dance competitions - lighting up the stage has always been a part of my DNA! I quickly realized using my energy to connect with people is what motivated me, ignited my passion and gave me purpose. 

God gave me the word “Elevate” on January 22, 2020. After receiving it, I prayed for a clear vision. I wanted to be the vessel that fulfilled what He was showing me, according to His will. One day while dancing in a Zumba class, I realized how much joy I had radiating from the depths of my soul to the smile on my face. It was then I realized I was doing something that could encourage others to rise up to their fullest potential, and it fueled my fire to become a certified Zumba Instructor. It is one of the best decisions I have ever made!

In my classes, Zumba is more than just dance. What makes my heartbeat? Elevating with YOU! By letting your feet and soul flow freely, my hope for my students is to Elevate from within and feel empowered to shine their light in the world.
